Supported the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky products. Worked with stakeholders to define product requirements and execute development and delivery of solutions.

• Configured, implemented and tested activities, reports and assignments.

• Implemented new Moodle LMS instance for People and Talent division.

• Overhauled Learning Center store, with major version upgrades, theme updates, and improved customer experience. Scoped and delivered new customer-facing and backend features.

• Oversaw 3-month effort for major LMS platform upgrade, defining requirements and acceptance criteria through test cases. Worked closely with engineering and hosting vendors.

• Identified and launched procurement project for new LMS, to bring needed automation and functionality to clients. Built roadmap, identified budget and conducted market analysis.

• Presented business case to VP and Leadership successfully. Led cross functional team of vendors, counsel, stakeholders and engineers to meet purchase requirements.

Served as QA Lead, Content Developer, Website Project Manager and LMS administrator.

• Administered WellSky Learning Center – 4,000 active monthly users. 200 clients, 80-100 courses.

• With our Moodle engineer, defined and implemented custom plugins, reports & automation scripts

• Using JIRA, managed the content production schedule and tasks.

• Supervised recording sessions with Subject Matter Experts, training them to deliver quality audio.

• Edited graphics, audio, and video with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Audition, Premiere)

• Built multimedia, interactive & animated SCORMs with Captivate, Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)

• Managed delivery and integration of entire content library to client’s LMS
