As Solutions Analyst, I served as a combination of project manager, product owner and business analyst for education solutions at WellSky.

Projects Delivered:

• Redesign and UX overhaul of LMS Store and LMS Course Catalog. Delivery of new features, improving product visibility and user flow

• Elimination of unregistered abandoned carts in LMS Store

• Delivery of complete course catalog (400 courses and thousands of files) and metadata  to distribution partner

• Switch to new LMS store payment processor - ensured certification of iFrame and oversaw Merchant Account set up 

• Eliminated all security vulnerabilities identified by InfoSec

• New LMS for WellSky staff training and HR compliance

• Competitive analysis of other market offerings, yielding actionable steps

• OAuth SSO (MS Azure) and automated course assignment for large client 

• Education Hub - Designed and delivered a centralized application for creating, updating, and tracking course metrics and metadata, eg. domains, topics, certificates, licenses, purchases and enrollments
